Book a bespoke tour / special program
- You can easily book a bespoke tour or special program via the application form or by contacting us directly.
- When filling in the application form, please indicate in which category your booking belongs.
- By submitting a completed form or otherwise booking a bespoke tour, you agree to Battlefield Discovery’s Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the bottom of this page for our Terms and Conditions.
- Battlefield Discovery will contact you within a few working days after receipt of your booking request to discuss the details of your request and/or propose an itinerary. Sometimes this can be concluded during a single contact, sometimes several rounds via email or phone are needed to define the perfect itinerary for you.
- After accepting the final proposal you will receive an invoice from us with payment details and conditions. After you paid the amount due, your bespoke tour is a fact (note that for some organisations payment after services have been rendered is possible; please inquire into possibilities).
